I had a brachioplasty and Lipo on my arms in January and love my results. Had the best pre and post operative care from Dr. Ortiz and his amazing staff !

My recent experience with North Raleigh Plastic Surgery was superior! Dr. Ortiz is amazing! His nurse Lauren is super sweet and an awesome nurse. The whole process was seamless and smooth. I highly recommended Dr. Ortiz and his team for any cosmetic needs!!

I was nervous but the staff was incredibly responsive and Dr. Ortiz answered all my concerns and questions. I would definitely recommend!

I had the best experience!! The surgeon gave me exactly what I wanted and was very professional. The nurse Lauren is amazing and she was with me throughout the entire process and always available to answer my questions. The whole team is wonderful and I am very happy with my results

Dr. Ortiz, Lauren, and team, have taken such good care of me. It's a well-respected and busy office, and yet they still take the time to always make me feel both important and at home; i always feel like an important insividual and not like a number. I was super nervous before the surgery and so thankful for such a loving surgical team. Afterward, they were always available, 24/7, if I had concerns, no matter how small. And they always took my concerns lovingly and seriously. I'm really happy with my choice. I'm only 3 weeks post-op and already amazed by my results, even with the swelling that remains: beautiful, smooth lines that fit my physique and a very smooth and elegant incision. There is an artistry to this and it requires the ability to really see the individual's unique physiology in order to sculpt it toward the individual's desired result. I'm already shocked when I look in the mirror and I still have a good 5 solid months of healing before I really see the end results. It's a nerve wracking decision to place your body in someone's hands. I'm glad I trusted Dr. Ortiz and Lauren and their team.

I found NRPS after researching surgeons in the area that had some experience with patients who has endured some kind of facial damage due to accident and trauma. I went to NRPS with concerns about how facial paralysis from Nerve damage was continuing to affecting my face on one side. Dr Ortiz and his staff were incredibly kind, understanding and sincere with my from the getgo. I felt no judgement, no pressure and I genuinely believe they care for their patients. I had spoken to a few other providers in the area previously who seemed to be far more interested in their bottom line than assessing the actual concerns I was having. I highly recommend their services and will continue to reccomend them to family and friends in need of a trustworthy provider to work with.

Let me just say if I could give 10 stars I would. I had a breast augmentation Aug 2022 and my experience was amazing and the results OMG I Love my new girls. Dr Ortiz was wonderful and made me feel comfortable and answered any questions I had he was also very professional and had a sense of humor that made me feel at ease. The staff at this office was so polite and everyone always had a smile on their face.Lauren was so nice and very knowledgeable and addressed any questions or concerns I might have had.Mary Beth was so nice and again addressed any questions I had. Heather automatically greeted me with a smile with no wait and Lea was great in explaining the financial part to me. When I decide to have something else done like GO BIGGER ,Hands down Dr Ortiz will be my Plastic surgeon.
