I had a breast reduction and Dr. Jones was my doctor. Her and Ruby walked me through each step. Mine was covered by insurance and it did not take long at all to get scheduled. Keep in mind if you use insurance there could be different things needed that could take longer but nothing to extreme. This was my first surgery ever so I was so nervous & I had no clue what to expect. Mine was completed at Blue Ridge. When I say from Dr. Jones to the staff everybody treated me like I was family. I felt in such good care! Dr. Jones called me the next day to check on me & has been walking me through recovery. I felt like Dr. Jones was my mom and Ruby was my aunt. Phenomenal team. I wish had done this 2 years ago! If you're thinking about getting it done - get it done! Ask for Dr. Jones.

My experience with North Raleigh Plastic Surgery was nothing short of amazing! From the moment I made my consultation, to the time of my surgery and now recovery- I have had the best experience with Dr.Jones and assistant Ruby. Dr Jones is very personable with her patients and she thoroughly ensures that her patients are pleased. I am already talking about coming back for my next procedure. I would HIGHLY recommend Dr Jones for your surgery needs.

I cannot say enough good things about North Raleigh Plastic Surgery. Lauren has been great to deal with.. she has turned me on to Obagi products which has made a huge difference in my skin. 5 stars to Lauren and the North Raleigh Plastic Surgery!!

North Raleigh Plastic Surgery is AMAZING. My results have changed my life. The process from start to finish was very easy and simple. Dr. Ortiz is friendly, knowledgable, and truly cares for his patients. The head nurse at North Raleigh Plastic Surgery, Lauren, is absolutely incredible. She was friendly and inviting from the first time I met her. She went above and beyond to make me comfortable, answer my questions, calm my nerves, and make me feel like her number 1 priority. I cannot recommend North Raleigh Plastic Surgery enough! I will definitely be going there for more work.

My experience with North Raleigh Plastic Surgery was amazing. They all made me feel completely comfortable from the moment I walked in the door. Dr. Ortiz’s bedside manner and knowledge of what I wanted was just what I was looking for, Lauren was a God send!! I had some questions over the weekend after my surgery, when we contacted her she responded immediately and if I had any questions throughout the healing process she was right there with me! As far as my results go, I couldn’t be any happier, he listened to me and gave me exactly what I asked for!! I would recommend this amazing team to anyone! Thank you all for such an amazing experience and for making me feel like me again!!

I was very nervous about traveling out of town for surgery, but Dr Ortiz's experience working with heart surgeons and the results of his previous patients made me go ahead and schedule. I am so glad I did. The whole team (Lauren especially) made the process so easy. I had support through each step with the focus being on my safety and comfort. My quality of life is so much higher now because I'm no longer dealing with the chronic pain associated with a broken xiphoid process. I would definitely recommend North Raleigh Plastic Surgery (even if you live out-of-state) because you want a surgeon and a team you can trust.
