Lauren Jones

Practice Manager

Meet Lauren, the dedicated Practice Manager at North Raleigh Plastic Surgery. With a passion for organization and a commitment to smooth operations, Lauren ensures that every aspect of our practice runs efficiently. From coordinating schedules and managing patient needs to overseeing staff training and maintaining our facilities, Lauren’s meticulous attention to detail keeps our team on track. She also serves as a vital point of contact for patients, addressing inquiries and providing support throughout their care journey. Lauren’s dedication to creating a positive and organized environment directly contributes to the success of our practice and the overall excellence of North Raleigh Plastic Surgery. 

Lauren is also a proud mom of two busy teenagers, three dogs, highland cows, sheep & goats.  Outside of work, Lauren enjoys traveling, reading, and relaxing by the pool in the summer. 

Adacelys Perez

Sales & Marketing Manager and Patient Care Coordinator

As a Patient Coordinator, Addy is responsible for managing surgical quotes, handling financials, and coordinating surgery scheduling to ensure a seamless experience for patients.  Addy attended Appalachian State University and is fluent in both English and Spanish. 

She enjoys spending time with her adopted dog ‘Cody’.  In her free time, Addy loves reading, exploring new restaurants, and watching movies. 

Her goal is always to ensure that every patient she works with feels comfortable, valued, and truly listened to.  Addy is passionate about creating a welcoming environment where patients feel at ease throughout their care.  Helping others and making a positive impact in their lives is what motivates her every day.

Kishni Holley

Front Desk Coordinator

Kishni is a warm and highly organized professional who plays an integral role in creating a welcoming and seamless experience for every North Raleigh Plastic Surgery patient. As one of the first points of contact in our office, she assists with scheduling, appointment coordination, and ensuring each patient feels informed, comfortable, and cared for throughout their journey.

With a background in customer service and office administration, Kishni brings a thoughtful, positive, and attentive approach to her role. Outside of work, she enjoys traveling, exploring new places and cultures, and spending quality time with her husband, daughter, and beloved fur babies. She also loves making memories with family and friends, whether over a cup of tea or a fun night out.

Carolina Ortiz

Business Operations Coordinator

Carolina Ortiz De Jesús is the Business Operations Coordinator at North Raleigh Plastic Surgery, supporting staff, practice operations, and a welcoming patient experience. She holds a BS in Psychology from UNC Greensboro and an MBA in Healthcare Administration from UNC Pembroke. Fluent in English and Spanish, she is dedicated to helping every patient feel heard, cared for, and supported.

Originally from Puerto Rico and raised in a military family, Carolina enjoys connecting with people from diverse backgrounds. Outside of work, she enjoys reading, hiking, and spending time with her cat and two dogs.

Shannon Floyd

Registered Nurse

Shannon is a skilled surgical nurse and dedicated mom of three.  She is also a loving wife who values spending quality time with her family.  Outside of work, Shannon enjoys relaxing at the lake, reading, and loving on her dogs.  Her family is her top priority, and she treasures the moments spent together.  Shannon’s compassionate natures extends beyond her personal life, as she brings a caring and supportive presence to her work as a surgical nurse.

Grace Mercurio

Licensed Aesthetician

Grace is a licensed medical aesthetician who is passionate about helping others feel confident and comfortable in their skin. She specializes in advanced laser treatments focusing on treatments that address specific skin concerns and deliver noticeable results, with a particular passion for anti-aging and skin rejuvenation.

Grace is a Face Reality Acne Expert and especially enjoys working with patients struggling with acne. She finds acne management incredibly rewarding because of the confidence that can come from seeing real changes in someone’s skin. Her goal is to create personalized treatment plans that address each patient’s individual concerns while supporting long-term skin health.

Outside of the treatment room, Grace enjoys staying active, working out, and, whenever she gets the chance, relaxing with a good face mask. She loves skincare both professionally and personally and believes taking care of your skin should be something you genuinely enjoy.

Sammi Willis

Surgical Assistant

Sammi is a certified surgical technologist and proud NC State alumna. In the operating room, she values organization and has a strict adherence to sterility. Outside of work, Sammi fuels her days as an avid Dr. Pepper enthusiast who spends her free time with her husband or throwing the ball for her sweet Doberman, Lucky.
