I found NRPS after researching surgeons in the area that had some experience with patients who has endured some kind of facial damage due to accident and trauma. I went to NRPS with concerns about how facial paralysis from Nerve damage was continuing to affecting my face on one side. Dr Ortiz and his staff were incredibly kind, understanding and sincere with my from the getgo. I felt no judgement, no pressure and I genuinely believe they care for their patients. I had spoken to a few other providers in the area previously who seemed to be far more interested in their bottom line than assessing the actual concerns I was having. I highly recommend their services and will continue to reccomend them to family and friends in need of a trustworthy provider to work with.

Let me just say if I could give 10 stars I would. I had a breast augmentation Aug 2022 and my experience was amazing and the results OMG I Love my new girls. Dr Ortiz was wonderful and made me feel comfortable and answered any questions I had he was also very professional and had a sense of humor that made me feel at ease. The staff at this office was so polite and everyone always had a smile on their face.Lauren was so nice and very knowledgeable and addressed any questions or concerns I might have had.Mary Beth was so nice and again addressed any questions I had. Heather automatically greeted me with a smile with no wait and Lea was great in explaining the financial part to me. When I decide to have something else done like GO BIGGER ,Hands down Dr Ortiz will be my Plastic surgeon.

First, I'd like to say I'm extremely pleased with my results. I will admit I was not as mentally prepared as I should have been, and was pretty anxious after the procedure but every worry I had was squashed by the amazing staff here. Dr. Ortiz was extremely patient and kind. If you're looking for a team of people who will take care of you, north Raleigh Plastic surgery is my recommendation.

Dr. Ortiz and his staff are all great! I’ve had nothing but excellent experiences with Dr. Ortiz, Mary Beth, and Lauren. Everyone is always professional and I love how Lauren always checks up on me after my appointments.

Amazing experience! Great work. Profesional and friendly staff. Dr. Ortiz was fabulous. Great sense of humor and extremely thorough and informative. My nurse Lauren was the bomb! 💣 Even took phone calls at 2am for questions. Couldn't be happier!

I had the pleasure of meeting Dr. Ortiz and I cannot express enough gratitude! He was professional, kind and very informative. Dr. Ortiz pays attention to your thoughts and desires for the long term outcome of every procedure he offers. I brought myself in his office for one procedure of interest and left with SO much more information in areas I did not even realize I wanted and needed . His staff was aaahhhmazing! Lauren is the sweetest nurse; educated and patient care oriented. She is there for every step and makes it that much better of an experience as well. Scheduling was a breeze and the visit was more than I could have expected. I cannot wait for my final results from North Raleigh Plasric Surgery!
