Dr. Ortiz and his team are true artists. I had a protruding xiphoid process from a sports related injury that was causing me discomfort. Dr. Ortiz performed a "Xiphoidectomy" and less than a week post surgery, I am amazed with the results. The pain and discomfort is gone and I cannot wait to jump back on a surf board without the issues it was causing. Special shout out to nurse Lauren for being so accommodating. She checked up on me every step of the way, including over the weekend when she should have been relaxing with her family. She is amazing, kind and beautiful to boot! You will not go wrong choosing North Raleigh Plastic Surgery.

I cannot express how absolutely incredible Dr. Ortiz, Lauren, Adacelys, and Heather are. I had one of the most complicated deviated septum’s. It was so bad my left nostril was completed occluded. Other plastic surgeons turned me away! Dr. Ortiz and his team not only took on the challenge of my septoplasty and rhinoplasty- they did a phenomenal job. It exceeded all of my expectations. This is the plastic surgery team you can trust. Not only do they do an amazing job cosmetically- they know what they’re doing medically. If you are considering a rhinoplasty or a septoplasty this is the place to do it. North Raleigh Plastic Surgery will forever hold a special place in my heart! They were so kind during the entire procedure. I was so nervous given how difficult I was told by many physicians that this surgery was going to be. Dr. Ortiz and his team supported me every step of the way. This was my first major surgery and I am so glad it was here with them. If I ever need anything else done, I am flying back here- no doubt about it. I cannot tell people enough- North Raleigh Plastic Surgery has the best team in the area. They are so professional, kind, and helpful (Heather, Lauren, and Adacelys always make time to answer questions or schedule you in for appointments and make sure you know everything about the surgery - they answered all of my questions). I’m telling you, beyond a doubt, this is the place for deviated septums, and crooked noses. They’ll have you looking like a million dollars and breathing right. You won’t come out looking like a plastic Barbie doll- they really cater to your face and your features to make you look naturally beautiful. I love this place and this team.

I cannot even find the words to express how grateful I am for Dr. Jones and her nurse Ruby! First, just let me say that I was turned away by 2 other surgeons that I had a consultation with to correct a botched Mastopexy (breast lift with no implants) that I had a few years back. Dr. Jones and Ruby both were warm, inviting, professional and extremely understanding throughout this entire process. Dr. Jones perfected her craft, and I 100% recommend her gifted hands, if you’re looking for a life changing experience look no further.

I couldn’t have asked for a better team to take me through my breast reduction process. My results are even better than I expected. Dr. Jones was always very honest, upfront, and communicative about what the procedure would be like and what to expect. She really cares about her patients and her work, making sure to personally check in on me often after surgery. Ruby is the best! She was so kind and down to earth, and always took time to listen to me and fix any scheduling conflicts. The whole office is wonderful and I’m so glad I chose NRPS!

I can’t tell you enough how amazing everyone here is. After losing approximately 200 lbs the old pictures hanging around are the least of your problems. You’re never fully prepared for the health issues that arise due to skin left once the weight is gone. The first Doctor I spoke with said he couldn’t guarantee he’d be able to keep my belly button. After a lot of tears, I called North Raleigh Plastic Surgery. When I met with Dr. Ortiz and Lauren my hope started returning. Now in addition to having my belly button the scars are minimal even though it very nearly goes around my entire body. I couldn’t have wished for anything better! I wouldn’t consider going to anyone other than Dr. Ortiz and Lauren for something that has such an impact physically and mentally. Dr. Ortiz is wonderful, thorough and gives his honest opinion, not just what you want to hear. Lauren is the best nurse you can have and doesn’t mind answering your 25th text with whatever questions you might have. There is no other place to go!

Can't speak highly enough of Dr. Jones & Ruby! To be honest everyone at NRPS were awesome and treated me well. I went in for a minor gynecomastia procedure but I appreciate how seriously Dr. Jones took it. From start to finish she was thorough, explained what she intended on doing, and always inquired if I had questions. Less than a week after my procedure she called and made sure all was well. Something that can't be explained is the calm & professional aura of the office. You'll just have to experience that for yourself; I highly recommend it. Cheers!!
