45-year-old female, who had a breast reduction in the past, presented for evaluation with desires to restore the upper pole fullness of her breasts. She felt that her breasts had become saggy and hollow on the top. She also felt that her nipples were too high-riding and wanted for them to be sitting on the mound of the breast. Also she stated that she never had buttocks in the past, and wanted to have shapely and round buttocks.

The patient feels that despite adequate diet and exercise she is unable to achieve the desired contour in her torso and breasts. 36-year-old female who presented for evaluation due to desires to have smaller breasts. The patient stated that she had a significant amount of shoulder and neck pain. She also stated that it is difficult for her to perform activities of daily living and perform fitness exercises. At the time of consultation, she stated that she wore a 36 G bra and wanted to be a large C or D cup.

25-year-old female who presented for evaluation due to having upper back and shoulder pain. The patient stated that this worsened with exercise and that she had to wear multiple bras to maintain control of her pain and breasts.  At the time of consultation, she said that she wore a DD cup, and would like to be as small as possible.

18 y/o female who presented for evaluation due to shoulder and neck pain that has been going on for 2-3 years now. The patient stated that this caused her to have a significant amount of difficulty performing physical fitness and, despite the wear of multiple sports bras at a time, she still had difficulty. When she did this, it caused abrasions from the sports bras, specifically on the upper pole of both breasts. She also had problems finding properly fitting bras, and they’re a financial difficulty as a student. This also caused problems at work because of a lot of physical activity at work. We did also discuss the possibility of correction of the nipple inversion. Weight 173 pounds. BMI: 32. Procedures performed: Bilateral Breast Reduction, Inverted Nipple Repair. Volume Reduced: left breast 605 grams, right breast 435 grams (left breast was larger)

18-year-old female with history of large heavy breasts presented for evaluation due to shoulder and neck pain. The patient stated that she has tried NSAIDS with some relief but symptoms return right away. The patient also stated having difficulty with sports at school and had to wear multiple fitness bras in order to be able to participate in fitness activities. Procedure: Breast Reduction. Weight 185 pounds. BMI: 32.

38 year old female, who presented with neck and shoulder pain. The patient underwent evaluation by her PCP, and conservative treatments did not alleviate her pain. Patient states being a DDD cup and would like to be about a D cup. Procedure: Bilateral Reduction Mammoplasty. Before size: DDD | After Size: D | Weight: 175 | BMI: 28. The patient was dissatisfied with the look and animation deformity and desired to undergo plane exchange to sub-glandular placement in 2014. Patient had saline implants that were about 410 cc by patient report. Based on her online research, the patient desired extra-filled silicone gel implants. She also wanted to have a small lift effect on the surgery.
