I had an amazing overall experience with Dr. Ortiz! I had a major chest wall reconstruction surgery in which Dr. Ortiz was my plastic surgeon. He was always friendly and informative which helped my whole surgery process feel a lot more smooth. His staff was also incredible. They were always flexible to my tight schedule and made sure I could get an appointment when I needed it as I would have to fly in/fly out from Atlanta for each check up. Nurse Lauren (my favorite) held my hand throughout and made sure I was never uncomfortable.

The staff are accommodating, efficient and very helpful. They make you feel at ease. They truly care and so does Dr. Ortiz. Dr. Ortiz is very warm and friendly. He is an excellent surgeon. I felt very comfortable in his ability to do an excellent job and he did! He and his staff answered all my questions before and after surgery. I highly recommend his practice!

My experience with Dr. Ortiz and his staff was beyond my every expectation! I felt so comfortable and I knew I was in good hands the moment I walked in the door! Every person in the practice made sure my needs were met and all my questions were answered throughout the process. Lauren was my angel, and would reach out to me at home during the healing process, just to make sure I was comfortable! This is amazing patient care!! I am so wonderfully pleased with my results, I just wish I had done this sooner! I highly recommend Dr. O and his team. His work is impeccable and you will make some wonderful new friends along the way!

I can’t say thank you enough to Dr. Ortiz and the entire NRPS team for helping me through one of the most difficult times in my life. Breast reconstruction is not the easiest to go through but Dr. Ortiz made me feel comfortable and assured me throughout this journey that it would be ok. I am so happy with my outcome and to feel like myself again. Lauren is the absolute best, she always made me feel cared for and heard. She supported me through every surgery and after. Dr. Ortiz is so lucky to have her! Thanks to Heather and Leah as well for always making me feel welcome and being so kind!! I appreciate you all very much!

LOVE this practice! Everyone at NRPS is completely dedicated to making each patient feel special and look their very best. Every member of the team excels in their respective roles with a compassionate attitude for each patient walking through the door. Dr. Ortiz and the staff at North Raleigh Plastic Surgery are very professional and helpful. They are kind, easy to work with, and respond quickly to emails about questions or concerns. They even sent me a get well card that was hand written & signed by all the staff with a gift card. You can tell they care about their patients and their experience.

From consultation to surgery and post-op care, every interaction with Dr. Ortiz and all of his staff members has been phenomenal. Everyone is kind, compassionate and efficient. At my consultation, Dr. Ortiz took his time listening to the results I wanted to achieve and all of my concerns. The day of surgery, Dr. Ortiz and his staff made me feel well cared for and comfortable. It has been almost a month since my surgery and I am so very happy with my results. I am very thankful for what they have done for me and I highly recommend North Raleigh Plastic Surgery.
