26 year old male who was seen for a chief complaint of gynecomastia. The patient stated that he had a long standing history of palpable breast tissue since his teenage years and had been self conscious about this in the past. He is a weight lifting enthusiast and plans on entering competitions, and this heightened his concern about the presence of gynecomastia.
