Doctor Ortiz is a true artist. He is very knowledgeable and easy to talk to. The results of my surgery exceeded my expectations. I had an amazing experience. I love the staff! They are all wonderful.

I found dr Juan after meeting with several doctors for scar revision surgery. I have difficult skin (hypertrophic scarring) so it is a bit of a difficult case. He is extremely knowledgeable and uses the latest techniques to ensure the best result. So so happy and highly recommend him to anyone! I even make a 4 hr round trip drive for my appointments to make this happen lol he is the best!

Dr. Ortiz, Lauren and the rest of the staff were amazing!! I’m very satisfied with the outcome of my Lipo 360 surgery. They were very attentive to my questions and concerns. Also bed side manner was great. Will be returning for all my future cosmetic needs.

I had great results from my buccal fat removal procedure and trusted the experience Dr. Jones had doing those types of procedures, which was 100%. The entire team is great! Highly recommend!

Dr. Jones and Ruby are an incredible team! I recently had a mommy makeover with Dr. Jones, and I couldn't be happier with my experience and results. These people changed my life for the better! Addy and Lauren make you feel like family. If I had the money I would give Lauren a raise MYSELF. She was very helpful and caring. I love Dr. Ortiz and his team and will be back for any future work I need done!

I had the best possible experience at North Raleigh plastic surgery. HUGE shout out to Nurse Lauren Jones, Ruby Perez, and Dr Jones for providing the most outstanding support I could have asked for.
